Qantas - stop union-bashing and really look at the problem

New Matilda's Ben Eltham has done a nice piece on the recent Qantas shutdown here. What makes me sad is that every time something like this happens, everyone slips their knee-jerk pants on and starts blustering how 'unions are all lazy'. It's strange you know, that more people don't say 'Management fatcats are all greedy pigs', as it's probably more likely to be the correct interpretation these days.

Still, keep union-bashing if it makes you feel happy. Just remember it's not going to make flying Qantas or especially Jetstar safer.
